If you use '*' symbols within coupon code when creating a shopping cart price rule, you will be able to replace the '*' symbols with any other ones when giving coupons to customers. When you’ve created wildcard coupon, you can give it to great number of customers. How? Just add different symbols instead of ’**’, used in your wildcard coupon .
