Below we’ll tell you what the difference is between regular purchases and pre-orders, how to make a pre-order and how all the additional services like free support and guarantees will work.

*The service is now being tested, the list of pre-orders will be extended within rising demand.

 

Why is pre-ordering extensions more beneficial than buying them after the release?

 

You purchase the module with a discount of up to 50% off the total extension cost after the release. We guarantee that no additional charges will be required.

For every $100 spent on a pre-order, you’ll receive $15 on your store credit. If you raised enough store credits, you can spend them on a pre-order as well.

We take responsibility to send you the extension within 3 months after the payment. Given the module is released, it will be available in your customer account, and we’ll send you a confirmation email.

All the additional services like support and installation come into effect only after the module release.

 

How to pre-order extensions at amasty.com?

Step #1. Choose the extension you want to pre-order

Go to the ‘Upcoming Extensions’ category on amasty.com and choose the desired module with the (Pre-order) label in the title:

Step #2. Choose the extension options

Given you decided to purchase the Quick Order, choose the M2 version Community or Enterprise, the support period, and the additional services, if needed. Once done, click the ‘PRE-ORDER’ button on the right:

In case you’ve made a mistake in choosing options or change your mind after adding the product to the cart and now want to include, say, the installation service – don’t despair, you won’t need to return to the product page, you can make it right on the cart page. Also, there you can choose the number of pre-ordered Quick Order extensions in case you buy it for several websites.

Step #3. Account information and Billing

If you already have an account on our website – log into and continue with the payment.

If not yet, choose to continue with Facebook login or fill in the email and click Proceed. Then fill in your account and billing information to move on to the payment:

Step #4. Payment

Review your billing data to make sure everything is correct. If you see a mistake, return to the previous step and edit the information.

Step #5. Confirmation

Choose a payment method: Credit / Debit, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Wire Transfer and complete the checkout process. By rules of our Reward Program, you’ll receive $15 on your store credit for every $100 spent. The received credits can be spent during a standard 60-day period from the purchase date. Note that you can purchase regular and pre-order products in one order.

Step #6. Release

We take responsibility to send you the extension within 3 months after the payment. If we release the product earlier, you won’t be charged any extra payments. The amount you’ve paid for the extension is final and no extra money will be required.

Once we release the module, you’ll see it in your Customer Account and receive an email confirming the product is now available and downloadable from the My Downloads tab.

When you received the installation package, the standard purchase options come into effect:

  • 90 days of free support (or any of the paid support periods);
  • 60-day money-back guarantee;
  • free lifetime updates.

Later, you can extend the support period and buy any additional services.
