What’s included in our corporate support service subscription?
This corporate support service comes in three packages with different sets of options included, which can be billed monthly or annually and covers all extensions under one account installed on multiple Magento instances with full technical support. Depending on the package you choose, the service can include:
Access to product updates
of all extensions purchased before February 1, 2022. As long as you keep your subscription active, you will receive updates for all extensions in your account within this support package after we launch product subscriptions.
You will have a single point of contact, who will be your focal point of information concerning all support inquires to Amasty.
Our team is available 80% daily to provide you with timely support along with additional services.
Free installation for extensions
We will install all products purchased at Amasty and make sure that everything works smoothly.
Free configuration for extensions
Just provide us with the details on how you want an extension to work, and our support specialists will configure it for your Magento website.
Free installation of extensions updates
Per your request, our specialists will install all product updates you need upgrading them to the latest version available.
Your support tickets will be assigned a higher priority in the request queue, and also you will receive updates on the status of the tickets from your manager at any time you need.
