How to create a customer account without consent to Privacy Policy?

In case when the account had been created before the extension was installed, all customers take place in Customer Without Consent Grid.

Admin can send them the Email Consent Request via Actions.

All customers which are registering after installation of the module will go to the Customers With Consent grid since the checkbox with Privacy Policy is the required field and without it they simply cannot be registered.
