Working
The module worked well on the Magento v 2.1. When I upgraded it to the v 2.2, smth went wrong. I was nervous an' shocked an' unsuccessfully tried to recover it. Then I turned to support. They promised me ttey'd fix the problem in a short time. I felt I was waiting too long - this extension is very important for my store. Now it works as it shoud do.

Worth it!
It's 100% worth it. The mod surpassed all my expectations. It saves my time and money. I believe it's an essential solution if you have more than one return per month. Btw, the support is good too. I faced some minor issues while installing, and support managers operatively helped me to deal with them.

Came across this mod and decided to try it. For now, I see that it was a good idea. It literally manages the rma process in my store.

P.S. Thnks for a detailed user guide. I even didn't have to turn to support to configure the ext.

Helpful module and support too
Very well module. It have many helpful functions. I use it every day and all is ok. When I have questions, i ask them in support and they always help to me.

Allmost great
The module is good and works as described. I'd give it 5 stars if not the drawback I'm very unhappy wth. My clients oftn complain they do not see new comments in their requests timely as they don't stand out. Now I'm waiting for the support's reply. Hope, they will do smth wth that.

Just a happy customer
Actually, it's not our first RMA extension that we tried, but we stopped on this one because of flexible settings and a high-quality code (well done, guys). We use the extension for 2 months and all features work well. I like that Amasty always keeps their extensions updated and provide a good support if you need it.

Useful extension and support
