We offer a 60-day money back guarantee for all our extensions. You can get a full refund if you are not satisfied with any of our extensions during 60 days after the purchase unless the copyright is infringed. To get the refund please contact us. All refund requests submitted after 60 days are not accepted. Fees for installation, conflicts resolution and customization services are not refundable.
Delivery without installation
The software package will be available for download as soon as your payment information is accepted. You will get a link for download files on your email which was submitted during the registration. You can download the module at any time in your customer account; When you download the extension, you need to just copy it on your site and customize according to your needs.
Delivery with installation
Delivery with installation has the same main steps as without installation. But if you buy an extension package with the paid installation you should create a ticket to our support service. In the ticket, you should indicate access details to your server. The extension will be installed as soon as your payment information is verified.
Software updates policy
Amasty.com offers free lifetime updates for products purchased from us. Latest versions of the purchased extensions can be found in the customer account.
Amasty.com offers 90 days of free email support for products purchased from us, with an option to extend the period. Once the 90-day support period is over, it is possible to extend it for 50% of the module price - this includes another 90-day period of free support.
