Instantly communicate with Google via the Indexing API, reporting any changes to your Magento 2 website pages, whether they're added, removed, or updated. Accelerate the indexation process to ensure your up-to-date content is quickly visible in search results.
No indexation = no organic traffic is a well-known fact in the digital world. Google's algorithms love fresh content, making timely indexation a crucial part of SEO strategy. The practice shows that the Google indexing process, especially for new and large sites, can take weeks if relying only on standard methods like XML sitemaps or individual requests through Google Search Console (GSC). Usually, such delays (caused by low indexation speed) lead to decreases in traffic and competitiveness.
📌 This doesn’t mean that traditional methods should not be used. It just means they need to be complemented with enhanced modern methods and tools for better results.
The most effective of these modern methods is integration with the Indexing API which allows store owners to directly inform Google about recent page changes, triggering fresh crawls and streamlining indexation. This is important especially if you regularly launch time-limited offers or add new products and want to get them in search results faster. It is also beneficial for updating seasonal content or promotional campaigns that need quick visibility.
💡 Our Google Instant Indexing API for Magento 2 extension, in turn, provides a user-friendly interface for connecting with the API and submitting indexing requests automatically and manually right from the Magento admin panel.

of time-sensitive content in search results
Boost organic traffic
by consistently showcasing relevant content
Outrun the competitors
by achieving higher rankings in SERPs
With this Google Indexing API plugin, you can send indexing requests manually and automatically,
or utilize both approaches together for enhanced efficiency.
Enable automatic indexing in a separate settings tab, and the extension will handle the rest for you
Select page types and product attributes whose changes will initiate the automatic dispatch of indexing requests:
Use the dedicated form to manually submit multiple URLs for indexing. Just insert the URLs you want to send to Google's index (each on a new line) and click the ‘Submit’ button.
If you don’t want particular URLs to be indexed, you can request their removal from indexing using the same form and by choosing the ‘Delete URLs from Indexing’ action from the dropdown. This can serve as an alternative to using ‘nofollow’ tags.
To ensure maximum convenience, the extension offers a manual submission feature directly from the edit pages (product, CMS, and category types), so you don’t forget to send pages for indexing after they are created or edited. This approach helps you maintain timely reports to Google's index.
You can find the ‘Submit for indexing’ button at the top panel of each mentioned page, allowing you to quickly and easily send it for indexing.
Keep track of all your indexing requests effortlessly. Detailed logs store comprehensive information, making it easy to filter and find specific request recordings.
Check request statuses (success, pending, error, or canceled) and identify their triggers (url_updated or url_deleted).
View exact timestamps for when requests were created, scheduled, and sent. You can also execute instant request transmission, bypassing the general indexing delay.
The extension enables you to set a delay in minutes between submitting indexing requests and their dispatch to Google. This delay allows you time to make additional modifications before the requests are finally dispatched. It helps prevent excessive requests to Google and ensures efficient use of your daily limit.
The Indexing API is available for free, with a default daily quota of 200 requests per project, including both url_updated and url_deleted types. You can request a higher quota in Google Cloud, which may require creating a billing account. The extension itself works within any quota you establish for your project.
