  • Q: Do I need a support subscription to get support?

    A: To get support for extensions purchased at Amasty before February 1, 2022, you need either an active support subscription acquired before February 1, 2022 or a product subscription activated. For extensions purchased after February 1, 2022, you need an active product subscription to get full support service.

  • Q: I have a Lite support subscription. Can I upgrade to Pro/Premium/One?

    A: You can upgrade to a higher tariff at any time in order to get premium services. Please contact us at support@amasty.com to request the upgrade.

  • Q: What are the benefits for Pro and Premium tariff options?

    A: Both Pro and Premium subscriptions offer you a number of additional services as well as higher priority support and alternative communication channels for quicker assistance. Please see more details here to choose the option that works best for you.

  • Q: What can I do if I need faster support?

    A: In order to receive priority support with a maximum 24h SLA for any reply, you may upgrade to Premium or Amasty One support subscription. Please see details here.
