You will get full support for all your Amasty extensions from our high-skill support team for a period you need at a reasonable price. Keeping your support subscription active also grants you access to product updates of all extensions purchased before February 1, 2022.

To ensure seamless onboarding of existing customers into the new product subscription paradigm, you will be offered to:
Option #1. To keep access to both the support service and product updates for all products purchased before February 1, 2022, you are offered to activate the support service subscription.
It grants the support coverage per account, meaning no matter how many extensions you have, all of them will be supported as long as you keep the subscription active.
Support subscription is available on a monthly and annual basis, so you may choose the most preferable schedule for you.
However, if you cancel the support service subscription per account, after February 1 you will be offered to proceed with the product subscription (support and updates per extension).
Option #2. If you don’t activate the support service subscription, we will offer another option - a grace period of 6 months. During this period, you will keep access to all product updates even if you don't activate product subscriptions. When activating your subscriptions before the end of the grace period, you won’t be required to pay the additional renewal fee.
Option #3. If you don’t use either the support service subscription or grace period to upgrade, you can continue using all purchased products and all update releases before the end of the grace period. Also, you will be able to purchase product subscriptions any time later on, when you need new versions.
