With the transition to product subscriptions, you will receive product updates for all extensions purchased before Feb 1, 2022 throughout the entire grace period — up to Aug 1, 2022

If you want to continue receiving further updates for these extensions, you will be required to subscribe to them. Until Aug 1, all our customers can get an annual subscription to any previously purchased extensions on special terms — with 60% off the initial product price. Please, follow this guide to learn how to use this offer → 

Starting from Aug 1, the cost of the annual product subscription will make 80% of the initial product price, and all the subsequent annual billings — 60%.

By subscribing to any extension today, you get access to all product updates for it as long as your product subscription is active.

Support services

If you have an active support service subscription, it grants you access to product updates and support services for all products purchased before Feb,1 as long as your support subscription is active. No additional charges will be required.

Alternatively, support services are only available as the part of a product subscription. Moreover, now you can reduce your operational costs by extending the list of services included in your support with Pro and Premium add-ons →

Please, note that free extensions for Magento 2 do not include support service. If you have any technical issues or configuration questions, you can additionally purchase a support subscription package.

For the Magento 2 One Step Checkout Pro and Google Page Speed Optimizer Pro extensions

To add flexibility and provide you with the option to choose between monthly or annual product subscriptions, the pricing of the One Step Checkout Pro M2 and Google Page Speed Optimizer Pro M2 extensions includes a single non-recurring license fee for the initial 30 days of updates and support, followed by a subscription feeif you choose to continue using the product. The subscription fee will apply once the included 1-month support and updates period has ended.

This pricing model offers both annual and monthly subscription options to suit individual needs and budgets. The separation between service fees and the product license payment ensures transparency in what you're paying for: first, the product itself, and after one month, updates and support. This results in clearer upfront costs and ongoing service expenses. For e-commerce agencies serving multiple customers, this new approach simplifies cost explanations.
