Discover an elegant solution to archive or delete orders in Magento

Default Magento doesn’t allow admin users to delete orders. Store owners feel the lack of this feature dealing with test or spam orders. Of course, unwanted orders can be marked as “Cancelled”, but they will stay on the order grid and make store management tasks difficult and time-consuming. Creating a Magento archive for orders will keep order grid clean and up- to-date, and you will also be protected from losing data.

Improve your order management experience

Permanently delete any order in Magento

Order archive tool enables you to delete Magento orders without running the risk of losing an important data. You can easily delete single or multiple orders with all related data (such as invoices, shipments, credit memos, etc.). To delete an order in Magento admin panel, just go to Order grid, specify the order (or several ones), and apply ‘Delete Permanently’ action. Please notice, that this action can not be reversed. It’s recommended to have a valid backup before deleting orders or make any other significant change.

Get notified by email

Feature-rich Archive Magento extension will help you easily keep track of all archived orders. With the email notification option store administrators will always know when archiving is complete. To start getting email notifications simply indicate:

With the Magento archive orders extension you can specify particular order statuses to which archiving will be applied. Specify only one status or choose multiple order statuses at a time.

Excellent extension to archive out old order
Purchased this extension in order to archive out old orders which we gathered during the years and this really did the trick and is working excellent.
Problem we had was that we had over 35000 orders in the store and we wanted to clean up the order grid and remove all orders older than 12 month. We did a lot of research before and compared the extensions, but this extension ended up as the winner and fulfilling all our wishes and a bit more....
Problem we had was that we simply didn\'t want to delete the old orders, but just to move them to another table and making them invisible in the regular order grid. And if needed we can simply go into the archived order table and pull up anything from there as well as even move them back to the regular order grid if needed. This really fulfilled all our needs and made our life much easier to just keep the current orders in the order grid. It was really flexible with all the settings, so you can pretty much set any time range or order status you want.

Great Extension - should be standard!
This is a great extension that should be a standard for CE. It\'s quick and intuitive. Worked right out of the box. We needed a little customization and Amasty was super quick to help us out. Very Happy!

Unloaded my orders grid
I have a huge amount of orders, some of them are not needed now. I deleted old and test orders and archived those that may be needed in the future. Now the orders grid is not overloaded. I'm happy!
