Using the extension, you can create shipping labels for Magento 2 carriers right on the View Return Request page. Quick configuration options let you cut down time and effort costs to manage RMA requests much faster.

Generate a label
In the shipping section, you may either add a manually created label or attach an automatic one. The generation option appears when a request comes to the Approved state. To receive the label and a tracking number, hit the Generate button and proceed to the package adjustment.
Choose a carrier
In a pop-up window, select the carrier that will deliver the products back and choose a suitable method. The extension supports UPS, FedEx and DHL carriers.
Select package type
Choose one of the available package types provided by the carrier and specify package dimensions. To prevent possible errors, the validation feature will notify you in cases you provide invalid values.
Add products
Choose the products that will be returned in the package. You don’t need to check the status of each product in the RMA request manually - only Approved items are available for attaching. When the package is ready, click Done and get the label.
Let users download labels
After you save the requests with ready-made labels, the customers will see them right in the account. No additional actions required - they just print the Magento shipping label and ship products back.

You can check ready packages to make sure everything is correct. Delete irrelevant labels and create new packages if needed. New tracking numbers will be added without the removal of the old ones.
Create multiple packages
If you create several packages in one return request, there will be a separate shipping label for each package. But all these shipping labels are attached with one file so that the customer can download them in one click.
Choose Shipping Address
In the general configuration, you can choose the shipping address, according to which shipping carriers will calculate the costs. You may use General Store Address, Shipping Origin Address or Custom Address.
Limit carriers availability
You may enable or disable labels generation for the supported carriers. Activate the ‘Use for Amasty RMA’ feature in the shipping method settings to add the carrier to the popup.
