Fresh updates to Amasty extensions – January 2023

New features to Magento 2 extensions

Product Attachments

• Now it is possible to automatically check Link and Page attachment types to their availability.
• A new attachment type ‘Page’ was added, so now it is possible to attach not only file links, but also web page links (available in the Pro Version of the Product Attachments Solution). We slightly refactored the core module and added an extension point for better Pro features implementation.
• The issue with adding an attachment while the new category creation was resolved.
• Now Product Attachments are also duplicated when the ‘Save & Duplicate’ product action performing.
• We fixed the error that occurred while updating to the module's latest version and setup:upgrade command running.

Advanced Search 

• We added the possibility to clear data from the amasty_xsearch_users_search table. Now when deleting data from the Magento search_query table the data from amasty_xsearch_users_search will also be deleted.
• We improved search on CMS pages so now it is first of all carried out by the titles.
• We optimized the data loading process for the Search Popup.
• The issue with the incorrect class namespace was resolved.
• Now the colors on the Analytics Dashboard are displayed according to the diagram legend.
• We fixed the problem with the message displaying when there are no search results.
• Now when using Google Chrome on Android OS the search is triggered when the ‘Next’ button is clicked.
• We solved the problem with incorrect search results when the search query contains an ampersand.
• We resolved the issue with adapting the Search Popup to the window size.
• We eliminated the problem with two URLs containing in the page base URL in case of a multiple store.
• The incorrect search sequence was fixed.

Elastic Search

• We added the possibility to clear data from the amasty_xsearch_users_search table. Now when deleting data from the Magento search_query table the data from amasty_xsearch_users_search will also be deleted.
• We improved search on CMS pages so now it is first of all carried out by the titles.
• We optimized the data loading process for the Search Popup.
• The issue with the ‘product name’ and ‘product URL key’ null values in search results via GraphQL was resolved.
• We corrected the sorting by name from the product listing in a case when a product name contains a comma.
• We fixed the error that occurred after the module's general configuration saving.
• Now the counter on the Category pages shows the correct number of products.
• The issue with the incorrect class namespace was resolved.
• Now the colors on the Analytics Dashboard are displayed according to the diagram legend.
• We fixed the problem with the message displaying when there are no search results.
• Now when using Google Chrome on Android OS the search is triggered when the ‘Next’ button is clicked.
• We solved the problem with incorrect search results when the search query contains an ampersand.
• We resolved the problem connected to adapting the Search Popup to the window size.

Import Orders 

• We added an Advanced section for Import and Export which allows catching and displaying detailed information about errors that occurred during the import or export process.
• We added the possibility to Import or Export data without a memory limit.
• We resolved the Import issue via Rest Api Endpoint (Please note: the Import using this functionality is only possible with CSV and XML files).
• We fixed the ‘Notify Customer about Orders Status Change’ email sending.
• The issue with the Unique Constraint Violation while Add/Update Import behavior was resolved.
• We solved the problem with updated records incorrect numbers displaying in the Import History.
• We solved the file problem when Import Source is FTP.

Import and Export  

• We added an Advanced section for Import and Export which allows catching and displaying detailed information about errors that occurred during the import or export process.
• We added the possibility to Import or Export data without a memory limit.
• New Import entities ‘Product Media Gallery’ and ‘Product Media Gallery Value’ were added so now it is possible to import a few images at once (Please note: adding relations with new entities affected already existing Export entities, so if you have configured Export profiles with ‘Product Media Gallery’ and ‘Product Media Gallery Value’ entities they will need to be reconfigured).
• We fixed the error that occurred while importing Profile with the Configurable Product Super Attribute entity.
• The Export problem with Profiles that use the filter by Product Website was solved.
• We resolved the Import issue via Rest Api Endpoint (Please note: the Import using this functionality is only possible with CSV and XML files).
• We corrected the issue with exporting Profiles with the ‘last X days’ filter being used.
• We fixed the ‘Notify Customer about Orders Status Change’ email sending.
• Now Configurable Products import with linked Simple Products works as it should.
• The issue with the Unique Constraint Violation while Add/Update Import behavior was resolved.

• For the correct compatibility of Import and Export functionality the relations of the ‘Product Media Gallery’ and ‘Product Media Gallery Value’ entities were updated, so if you already have configured Export profiles with ‘Product Media Gallery’ and ‘Product Media Gallery Value’ entities they will need to be reconfigured.
• We solved the Export problem with Profiles that use the filter by Product Website.
• We corrected the issue with exporting Profiles with the ‘last X days’ filter being used.

• We added an Advanced section for Import and Export which allows catching and displaying  detailed information about errors that occurred during the import or export process.
• We added the possibility to Import or Export data without a memory limit.

SMS Notification Pro

• Added Mobile number validation based on country.
• Checkout page telephone number validation message show as per country flag validation.
• Compatible with the latest Magento 2.4.5-p1 version.
• Compatible with Magento Coding Standard.
• Minor bug fixing.

Google Invisible reCaptcha

• We fixed the compatibility with Amasty Custom Form and eliminated the ‘Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘getAttribute’)’ error.
• We fixed the compatibility with Amasty FAQ and Product Questions so now Customers Questions are submitted as they should.
• Now the action buttons are immediately disabled once clicked.

Automatic Related Products 

• We enhanced the Rules indexing process which improves the speed of Pages loading.
• The issue with the Automatic Related Products slider sorting on the Cart page was resolved.
• Now redirect to the shopping cart after a product was added works as it should.
• We fixed the Preview Products problem when a condition with a multiselect attribute is being used.
• Now Products are displayed correctly when conditions by Category are being used with any other conditions.

Gift Card

• The possibility to use one Gift Card on different websites of your store was added.
• We accelerated the Gift Card Code Pools grid loading speed.
• We resolved the issue that occurred while Gift Card Accounts were in Bulk generation.
• The indexing problem was solved so now new Gift Card Products appear on the front as expected.
• The translation issue in the emails was fixed.

Store Locator

• The module code base was partially refactored to improve performance (by 27%) and reduce the amount of transmitted and received data.
• Now on the frontend the Stores are presented in the same order as in the database.
• The issue with a browser geolocation request when the Use Browser Location setting is disabled was resolved.
