If your payment card is about to expire or has expired, follow these steps to update the details for your Adyen subscriptions:
Log into your Amasty account
Navigate to the My Wallet tab.
You can then either update the payment details for specific subscriptions or add a new card. See below for how to do this.
You can update the payment method for each subscription directly from the Active subscriptions grid.
In the Active subscriptions grid, locate the subscription for which you want to update the payment method. Click on Update primary payment method.
If you have saved cards in your Credit/debit cards list, you can select one of them.
If there are no saved cards or you prefer to enter a new one, provide the card details in the form and click Save Credit Card.
You can also add a new card, which you’ll then be able to select when updating the primary payment method for individual subscriptions, so you won’t need to enter your card details each time.
In the My Wallet section, click on Add new card. Enter your new card details and click Save.
If you wish, you can also set this card as the primary card for all active subscriptions by locating the newly added card in the list, clicking on the action menu “⋯” next to it, and selecting Set as primary.
