There are also advanced options that will make your emails even better: it’s possible to display variables like size, color, etc. as well as use format manager to display currency, dates, price and time.

To change a default name of the generated email template, log in to the Admin Panel.

Yes, our extension works for guest users too. If a customer enters his/her email on the checkout page, but then interrupts the checkout process, the extension captures this email with AJAX and immediately saves it. Therefore, you are able to send abandoned cart emails to guest customers who are not registered and haven't completed the purchase.
If a customer creates a new shopping cart and abandons it, no reminders will be sent for it until a new order is placed by this customer (or until the shopping cart expires which happens in a month by default).
