TERMS OF USE
License Agreement
By purchasing or downloading any downloadable products or services or files from this store, you are agreeing to this license agreement.


1. This is an agreement between Licensor, Milople Inc (hereinafter licensor/we/us/our), and Licensee (THE PERSON OR COMPANY WHO IS BEING LICENSED TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION). THIS AGREEMENT APPLIES TO ALL PRODUCTS, SOFTWARE, CODE, AND SERVICES PURCHASED FROM THE LICENSOR


2. Licensee acknowledges that this is only a limited nonexclusive license. Licensor is and remains the owner of all titles, rights, and interests in the Software. Any changes, customization, fixes, and updates in any form into the software, whether asked by licensee on paid or free bases remains under ownership of Licensor only.


3. This Agreement gives you the right to use only one copy of the Software on one domain solely for your own personal or business use, subject to all other terms of this Agreement. A separate License should be purchased for each new Software installation and each new domain. Any distribution of the Software without our consent, including noncommercial distribution is regarded as violation of this Agreement and entails liability, according to the current law.


4. You may not use any part of the code in whole or part in any other software or product or website.


5. You may not give, sell, distribute, sub-license, rent, lease or lend any portion of the Software or Documentation to anyone. You may not place the Software on a server so that it is accessible via a public network such as the Internet for distribution purposes.


6. You are bound to preserve the copyright information intact, this includes the text/link at bottom and all other brandings.


7. We reserve the right to publish a selected list of users of our Software, including the licensee's name and logo.


8. THIS SOFTWARE COMES WITH NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, NO INFRINGEMENT, OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No agent of Licensor is authorized to make any other warranties or to modify this limited warranty.


9. LICENSOR IS NOT LIABLE TO LICENSEE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING COMPENSATORY, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, CONNECTED WITH OR RESULTING FROM THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT OR LICENSEE'S USE OF THIS SOFTWARE. Licensee's jurisdiction may not allow such a limitation of damages, so this limitation may not apply.


10. Licensee agrees to defend and indemnify Licensor and hold Licensor harmless from all claims, losses, damages, complaints, or expenses connected with or resulting from Licensee's business operations.


11. Licensor has the right to terminate this License Agreement and Licensee's right to use this Software upon any material breach by Licensee.


12. Licensee agrees to return to Licensor or to destroy all copies of the Software upon termination of the License.


13. This License Agreement is the entire and exclusive agreement between Licensor and Licensee regarding this Software. This License Agreement replaces and supersedes all prior negotiations, dealings, and agreements between Licensor and Licensee regarding this Software.


14. This License Agreement is governed by the law of Indian and subject to Bhavnagar Jurisdiction of Gujarat State.


15. By purchasing the Software or services you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, and that you agree to the content of the Agreement and its terms, and agree to use the Software in compliance with this Agreement. The Agreement comes into legal force at the moment when you order from our site or receive it through email or on data medium at the our discretion.

Order Processing
Order for the purchased extensions will be processed on next business day normally but buyers may have to wait for a minimum of 72 hours sometimes.

Support Policy
1. Any extension or service purchased from this store comes with defined and limited support. For any issue to be addressed you are required to provide us with the login to admin, cPanel, and FTP of the store. Our support staff would not be able to help if adequate login is not provided.


2. We offer free support up to 90 days from the date of purchase and Free support includes following
- Answering questions related to extension features and functions.
- Responding to and fixing bugs if found any into extension.
- Serial Key related issue.


3. Support would be paid in following cases
- Custom theme conflict
- Conflict with a third party extension, gateway or code.
- Javascript conflicts.
- Issues related to the wrong installation.
- Any other issues to be found and decided to be considered as out of free support by milople.


4. The free support gets over when an extension is customized by a developer other than from Milople.


5. All freely available software or services do not grant the user of that software or service any upgrade or support and such freely available software or services should be used by the users at their own responsibility.


6. Support would not be provided for the stores related to porn, beef, pork, violence, alcohol, prohibited material and other related items.


7. Support related to customization of the extension would be provided as per following terms.
- Customization of up to 2 days - Free support up to 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Customization of more than 2 days - Free Support up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Free support for customization includes.
- Answering questions related to customization features and functions.
- Responding to and fixing bugs if found any into customization.
- Making customization work on test and/or live site.
The support of customization does not have any relation with free or paid support of extension itself.


8. In a case when installation service is purchased by the customer, 1-time installation into test site and 1-time installation into the live site would be provided within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Refund Policy
1. We provide conditional refund of the orders placed within 15 days from the date of purchase being first date.

2. If you have not tested our extensions on demo stores, please do so before you place your order to make sure that the extension you are ordering is what you want. You can also ask us if you have any query regarding extensions via live chat or by contacting us.

3. To obtain your refund in respect of purchases made from www.milople.com/magento-extensions/, please Contact Us before expiry of 15 days, including the date of order of the extension with the order information and a detailed explanation of why you need the refund.

4. We Review each and every refund request independently and decide the validity of refund tobe issued. Refund would not be provided under cases listed here but not limited to.
a. For installation and customization charges.
b. If the extension is customized by us or any other developer.
c. In case of compatiblity issue with any of the third party extensions or theme.
d. Payment made for services
e. In case of violation of domain licensing (use of the extension on the domain which is not licensed for doing so)
d. Additional customization required by client for which quote is not acceptable by client

5. Milople reserves rights to accept or reject the refund request. Milople also reserves rights to make changes to this MoneyBack Policy without any notice including withdrawing the money back offer.
