Updating your payment details due to FastSpring technical issues

Why do I need to update my payment method?

Due to technical issues with processing subscriptions on the side of our payment provider, FastSpring, please transfer your payment details in your customer accout to the more reliable provider, Adyen. Completing this step is necessary to maintain ongoing access to critical functional and security updates, as well as compatibilities with Hyvä and graph.

 

How to update my payment details?

To update your payment details, follow these 4 simple steps:

1. Start by logging in to your customer account, go to the account dashboard, and click on the "Update Payment Method" button.

2. A list of your active Fastspring subscriptions will be displayed. All are selected by default for migration to Adyen, but you can choose specific ones if needed. After selecting the subscriptions to migrate, click "Update Subscriptions." 

3. After clicking the "Update Subscriptions" button, a pop-up will appear for you to enter your card details. Enter your card information and click "Confirm Credit Card." If required, complete a 3D Secure step.

4. A success message will confirm the update.

Will there be any additional charges?

Please rest assured that there will be no additional charges, and the cost and schedule of your payments will remain unchanged. This action is necessary solely to address the technical issues and ensure ongoing access to the Amasty license.
