How to configure a free shipping cart rule in Magento 2?

Step 1. Navigate to Stores > Settings > Configuration.

Step 4. Specify the Title and Method Name. (System value can be used)

Step 5. Define the Minimum Order Amount, which will be enough to include free shipping on the order.

Step 8. Specify the Ship to Applicable Countries setting by choosing one of two dropdown options.

Step 10. Define the Sort Order number to set the position of free shipping in the list of shipping methods at checkout. (0 = first, 1 = second)

Step 11. Save Config.

Step 12. Enable free shipping in carrier configuration by scrolling to the Delivery Methods section and choosing the needed carrier:

Step 15. Save Config.
