How to enable the Magento social media integration?

Magento social media integration can be enabled with the Social Login extension. Set up the Social Login extension is not a big deal. But when it comes to social networks configuration, it might be difficult to make it work. This extension supports Twitter, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, Amazon, PayPal, Twitch. But only Facebook login needs you to become a developer and create an app. Today we offer you a video guide that will show you how to configure Facebook login in your store step-by-step. Also, we will show you how to import your customers’ data from Facebook automatically.

How to add or integrate Facebook login in Magento 2?

Step 1. First of all, you need to configure the general settings. Go to Stores > Settings > Configuration > Amasty extensions > Social Login.

Step 2.Enable the plugin and choose the pages where you want to add a social login option.

Step 3.Choose Login Buttons Shape, its position, and where to redirect users after login.

Step 4.Now you're ready to proceed to Facebook settings.

Step 5.Enable the Facebook login button and go to Facebook Developers. Register or login as a developer.

Step 6.Choose Add New App in the My Apps dropdown.

Step 7.Set the name of a new plugin, contact email, and click on the Create App ID button.

Step 8.Find Facebook Login in available products and click the Set Up button.

Step 9.Navigate to the Settings > Basic tab, enter your Domain, valid Privacy Policy URL, and choose a Category.

Step 10.Scroll to the bottom and click the Add Platform button.

Step 11.Select the Web as a platform for this app. Enter your site URL. Save the changes.

Step 12.Copy your App ID and App Secret, and enter them in the Consumer Key (API Key) and Consumer Secret (API Secret) lines in your Magento 2.

Step 13.Save the configurations.

Step 14.Next, go to Facebook Login > Settings. Enable the Client OAuth Login.

Step 15.To fill in the Valid OAuth redirect URLs, please go to your Magento 2 and copy the URL from the Valid Redirect URL line.

Step 16.Save the configuration and enable the plugin.
