Provide your customers with a handy way to track orders right from their account using Magento 2 Shipping Tracking extension.
Once you have successfully installed the extension, go to Stores → Configuration to configure the extension for use. Order Tracking - Enable/Disable the extension from here.
Enabled - Enable/Disable the shipping carrier from here. Licence Key and Login ID - Here you need to add the license key and login ID of the shipping carrier.
Enabled - Enable/Disable the shipping carrier from here. User ID - Here you need to add the User ID of the shipping carrier.

Once the customers orders any product from the store, the admin will create a shipment and add the shipment tracking to the shipment from the backend.
The admin of the store can view the tracking information in the backend order view detail page. Track Order would appear and on click of that button, the real-time tracking information is displayed in a separate window.
Once customers place the order, they can track their order from My Account section on the frontend. On My Orders page the customer has Track this shipment option that provides the real-time order tracking details in a new window with a click.
